We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or a size, color or design selected incorrectly by the customer. Sale items and merchandise redeemed with creator rewards follow the same policy.
This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

IT RIGHT.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email fox@teamfnpwr.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order reference, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area.
We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an approved claim. Contact us before sending anything back; do not return an item without instructions. A return is generally not required for an approved quality claim.

TO YOUR DOOR.
Checkout currently supports United States delivery addresses with free shipping. Items are produced after payment verification. Production and shipping are separate stages; delivery estimates are not guarantees. Products may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking is sent to the email provided with your order when shipment information becomes available. If a package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.

Please check your size, color, quantity and complete shipping address before payment. For sizing help, contact us before ordering. Small differences in screen colors, print placement and product appearance may occur; manufacturing defects are reviewed under our quality policy.
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Once production starts, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and unclaimed packages may require a reshipping charge, which we will explain before arranging reshipment.

Prices and checkout totals are shown in US dollars. Discounts apply only when accepted at checkout and subject to the code’s eligibility and limits. Review the final amount before approving payment in PayPal.
Approved monetary refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. For a creator reward order, contact Fox to arrange a replacement or review of the reward redemption; reward points and codes have no cash value.
